Your Thermal Journey booking times will be confirmed via email within 24-hours of booking! There is a £30.00 non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking.

The deposit will be deemed to be non-refundable and non-transferrable. The remaining payment to be taken the day before your arrival. Fully cancellable 5 days prior to arrival, after that time the reservation is non-transferrable. Thermal Journey access 10am - 4pm, access is subject to availability, pre-booking is needed.
